UC San Diego’s Student Retention and Success (SRS) organizes many different conferences and symposiums thru its various units. Many of these will charge a conference registration fee and we use the Cvent, an Event Management Software to collect our registration information and the payment/ collection of the conference fees.

Refunds:

Conference registration fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy:

If SRS cancels one of our conferences/ symposiums, we will refund 100% of the registration fee.

SRS collects no data from the customer. We use a 3rd party vendor Cvent to collect & process our conference & symposium registration fees. We encourage you to retain a copy of the transaction receipt. Credit cards are charged at the time of checkout thru Cvent. This site also includes links to other websites hosted by third parties. When you access any such website from this site, use of any information you provide will be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting.
