Advancing our collective responsibility for the academic success of all students

The Office of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Retention & Success (SRS)
plays a leadership role in creating programs and services that foster student success and degree completion.

The educational opportunities delivered by the SRS team develop the personal, academic, and professional competencies that are critical for a successful transition into diverse and global communities.

The SRS team is specifically charged with cultivating partnerships and collaborating across campus to enhance services, programs, and resources for students with unique strengths and challenges, and who may be at risk for experiencing difficulty.
